Lalpania a small village having a lot of picturesque scenes, in the lap of famous Lugu hill series (The second highest hill series of jharkhand) and surrounded with Jharkhand’s famous river Damodar, small hilly rivers Katail and Sadabahar , situated in the north side of Tenughat Dam. Now Lapania possesses Jharkhand’s pride 2x210 MW Tenughat Thermal Power Station in her lap making it a beautiful township.
